Built in Cleveland, OH in 1881-1883 by Hannes Tiedemann the Franklin Castle has seen it's fair share of tragedy. Once it was built, the children in the family got sick and passed away. Since then the house has reportedly been extremely haunted. It is even known as the most haunted location in Ohio. From 1970 to 1973 Dean Corll with 2 teenage accomplices tortured and killed at least 28 boys. Dean's family had a candy business and he would typically give candy to children, which led him to be known as the "Candyman" killer. He would lure his victims by giving them rides or offering them parties to get them to his lair where he would ultimately kill them.
